Terms of Service

The legally binding agreement between you and SocialAIFlow regarding the use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialAIFlow's multi-channel messaging automation platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and SocialAIFlow (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use our Service:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Represent a legitimate business or organization
  • Not be located in a country subject to economic sanctions
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and create an account with a valid email address and strong password.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.


4. Service Description

SocialAIFlow is a SaaS platform that provides multi-channel messaging automation, flow building tools, AI-powered message generation, and integrations with third-party platforms like Shopify and Calendly.

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or third-party service issues.


5. Acceptable Use Policy

You MUST NOT use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages (spam)
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

When using Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp features, you must comply with Meta Platform Terms and Policies and obtain proper consent before messaging users.


6. Subscription and Billing

We offer various subscription tiers (Free, Creator, Business, Agency). All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, currently LemonSqueezy. We do not store payment card information.

6.1 Refunds

No refunds for partial months for monthly subscriptions. Annual subscriptions have a 30-day money-back guarantee from initial purchase. After 30 days, no refunds for unused time.


7. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each plan has specific limits (messages per month, connected accounts, etc.). If you exceed these limits, the Service may be throttled or additional charges may apply as specified in your plan.


8. Data and Privacy

You own your data (messages, contacts, flows). We process your data to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with multi-tenant isolation.


9. Intellectual Property

SocialAIFlow owns the Service platform, code, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your brand, flow configurations, and contact data but grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Service.


10. Third-Party Integrations

We do not control third-party platforms like Meta, Shopify, or Calendly. We are not responsible for their API changes, outages, or data practices. You are bound by the terms of those platforms when using their integrations.


11. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be correct.


12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.


13. Term and Termination

You can terminate at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activities.


14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Governing law is as specified in our detailed Terms. Class action waiver applies to all disputes.
